Terms of service

The service

Howe2Math generates printable math worksheets and answer keys as PDF files for grades 6–12 core math. Accounts are for individual teachers. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Membership and billing

The Teacher membership is $9.99 per month, charged to the payment method you provide, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; Howe2Math does not store your card number.

July and August: there is no scheduled renewal charge in July or August, and your access stays active through the summer. New memberships, including those started during the summer, are charged $9.99 when they are activated. A complete September–August cycle totals $99.90.

If a payment fails, worksheet generation may pause while Stripe retries the charge or you update your card. Prices may change; if they do, the new price applies to renewals after we notify you at the email address on your account.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Account Settings. Stripe shows the date your current paid period ends before you confirm. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for; it does not automatically refund time already used.

If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the service was unusable for a period you paid for, email howe2math Support and we will review it and refund where the charge was not warranted. Step-by-step cancellation instructions are on the billing page.

Your worksheets

Worksheets and answer keys you generate are yours to use for teaching. You may print them, copy them, and distribute them to the students you teach, post them in your own classroom learning management system, and keep using the copies you have already generated after your membership ends. No extra permission or attribution is required for classroom use.

What you may not do is resell, relicense, or publicly redistribute generated worksheets as your own product — for example, listing them for sale or posting a bulk library for download — or use them to build or train a competing worksheet-generation service. Those uses need written permission. The generator itself, the question templates, the site, and the howe2math name remain the property of howe2math.

Acceptable use

Use the service for its purpose: preparing math instruction. Do not share your account with other teachers or across a department, attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls, scrape or automate bulk generation, probe or interfere with the site's security, or upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not enter student names or other student records into the site. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.

Content is provided as-is

Generated problems are checked programmatically, and topics are published only after their questions and answer keys have been reviewed. Even so, worksheets are provided as-is for classroom use, without warranty of any kind. Review a worksheet and its answer key before you put it in front of students; you remain the professional judgment in the room. Standards alignments are provided as a planning aid and are not certified by any state or standards body.

The service is offered without a guaranteed uptime commitment, and generation can be unavailable during maintenance or an outage. To the extent the law allows, howe2math's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending an account

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms, and will refund any unused prepaid time when we do so for reasons other than abuse.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active members by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
