Billing and cancellation
Teacher membership
The membership costs $9.99 per month during the school year. There is no scheduled renewal charge in July or August, and access stays active. New memberships, including summer signups, are charged $9.99 when activated. A complete September–August cycle totals $99.90.
Canceling
You can cancel through Account Settings. Stripe shows the date your current paid period ends before you confirm. Canceling stops future charges; it does not issue an automatic refund for time already used.
Payment problems
If a payment fails, worksheet generation may be paused while Stripe retries the payment or you update the card. Account access and billing status are controlled by verified Stripe events.
